• Experience in purchasing construction materials, equipment, tools, and services is an advantage.

• Good understanding of local and international procurement practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
